Where can I repair a ThinkPad in Addis?

My ThinkPad X1 Carbon has a broken screen and the keyboard has a few dead keys. I'm looking for a reliable repair shop that uses genuine parts. Has anyone had a good experience with laptop repair in Addis? Preferably around Bole or Kazanchis.

    Go to the shops around Edna Mall and ask specifically for original Lenovo panels — they exist but you have to ask. Expect to leave it for 2–3 days. Get the price in writing before they open it.

    Kazanchis has a couple of good technicians near the Hilton side. Bring your own replacement keyboard if you can order one; the local stock is often generic.
