I'm trying to pay online bills, fees and subscriptions from Ethiopia, but regular prepaid cards and crypto-based options keep getting declined.
While searching, I came across RedotPay and Pyypl. Has anyone used either of them recently? Which one works reliably right now, without payments being rejected?
